Steam today: Red Faction: Armageddon $3.99 -80%. Entire franchise -80%.
Midweek: Super Meat Boy $2.99 -80%.

There should be a second midweek, but it’s not posted yet.

For me, it’s backlog and game duplication. But then, the average is already up to $4.21… now $4.22…

Same here. I’ll pay $1 to indulge my mild curiosity about War in the North, but have no interest in FEAR, and already own the rest.

Wargame: Airland Battle? Worth it at $13.59? It looks pretty neat for an RTS.

I’m biased but I’d say so. There’ll be new (free) DLC out this month adding more maps, units and a huge rebalancing of the game. Absolutely worth it if you’re willing to play online with other human beings, and probably still worth it if you just want to play the campaigns and skirmish.

The response on QT3 is pretty darn positive for Airland Battle. That is the best price I have seen for it. It’s predecessor, European Escalation didn’t click for me, but I think my RTS days are over.

I already have the FEAR games and Batman games. So the only thing in this Humble Bundle for me, potentially, is Lord of the Rings and Scribblenauts. LOTR: War in the North was by the guys who did the excellent Baldur’s Gate: Dark alliance and Everquest action RPG on PS2, so I was mildly curious about that one despite the middling reviews. Scribblenauts didn’t really seem like my thing.

Yeah, Scribblenauts is pretty fun to play with my 4-year-old, but not something I’d really want to fire up on my own.

Another plug for this. 100% of the $ goes to a charity (you can choose amongst 3).

That’s good to hear. I just picked up the bundle in the hope this might be a bit of fun for me and my 3 and 4 year olds.
We’ve sunk 15 hours into Lego Batman and have only just hit the 3rd act - there’s only so much more I can take. :-)

I think Scribblenauts is great for all ages! You just have to be concerned with more than getting the star pieces (trivial) but with the most creative, ridiculous ways you can do so.

Well the kids are endlessly entertained by overly elaborate failed solutions in Crayon Physics Deluxe than simple ones that work so I imagine crazy suggestions in Scribblenauts will be the norm for them.

Picked up the bundle as well. Fantastic for me because I didn’t have any of the games other than FEAR 2. Really looking forward to seeing why every raved about Batman.

The Batman games have very good production values. At the prices they are being sold in this humble bundle promo, they are pretty much a steal. I might be in the minority but I liked Asylum more than City. The former felt a bit more structured while the latter is just huge and I felt lost sometimes within the expanded scope of the game.

The new Groupees is live. I’ll probably do the first tier to try out Shelter. Is anything from the 2nd tier worth playing?

Dunno how long it’ll take them to fix it or if they’re honoring orders made right now, but Walmart has a bunch of games mispriced on their Web site right now, including Pokémon X/Y and Grand Theft Auto V.

I went ahead and ordered Pokémon X, so hopefully it goes through.

I just saw this on SlickDeals a few mins earlier. They also have $8 27" Acer monitors. So silly.

In for three 27" Viewsonics, one 23" HP IPS, and one 24" ASUS. Grand Total: $46.91

Let’s see what happens! :b

The thread on Slickdeals about it is pretty funny. One guy bought like 12 bowflexs for $30 each. :D

They seem to have caught some stuff, already (eg - the monitors & tvs are now out of stock). However, the games are still out there.
