Spotted on Slickdeals: Target has The Witch and the Hundred Knights for pre-order for $19.99. This is a forthcoming action-RPG from the folks behind Disgaea. To be honest, I suspect this is a pricing error and I half-expect my pre-order to be cancelled; but hey, no harm in trying, right?

Well I got a pick-up order notification e-mail, went to the store, and walked out with this and a “Have a nice day!” from a very nice young girl at the site-to-store counter.
Well my Black Friday shopping is done.
Wow. If it were anyone other than Wal*Mart I’d actually feel bad for them. What are you gonna do with three monitors? Sell them and buy a new-gen console?
Well I’m using one of them to replace my horrid old 17" CRT. I’ll probably sell the others and buy something other than a next gen console, because I’m not really a console gamer, and also, I’m broke. :D
The 23" HP is still listed as in-transit, by the way. People on Slickdeals are reporting that Wal-Mart is trying to stop delivery even during transit (even having Fedex and UPS drivers go to peoples’ homes to try and get them to return the items that were delivered), so we’ll see what happens.

Well, no doubt the pricing “mistakes” were the work of some disgruntled employee, but that’s not the customer’s problem. Once payment has been accepted and the items are in the customer’s possession I think the laws in most states will tell Wal-mart “sucks to be you.”
And wow, you were still using a 17" CRT??? I don’t think I’ve used anything that small in over 10 years (at home). The change will be amazing and dramatic.
Yeah I have no worries about having to return anything. They obviously are legally fucked once I have the items and the receipt. The problem is they can still stop the other one from getting delivered to the store, or stop the store from giving it to me. I’m quite okay with that, though. Hell I think they’re still giving me a $10 gift card for the one that got cancelled.
Would have been awesome if you had used the gift card to partially pay for the three you bought.

And I by no means hit the jackpot on the Walmart blunder like Penny did, but I still managed to grab Pokemon Y and Mario & Luigi Dream Team for $20 a piece and the Mists of Pandaria Collector’s Edition for $20 on top of a free $10 gift card for the pricing errors. I wish Walmart screwed up more often. :D

I’ll spare you the price, because there’s no way this can be cheaper than in the summer/turkey/xmas sales. Besides, you all own it already. (Even me, I finally bought it last xmas.)
