You don’t need to play Star Wolves 1 or 2 to play 3. I played and loved 'em all though.

GMG has the Anno and Assassin’s Creed franchises on sale. Especially Anno 1404 Gold for 3.74€ (probably -25% with the latest voucher) is cheap.

Anyone looking to pick up a PS3 cheap, Amazon has gone live with the Black Friday bundle for $199. It includes a 250GB Super-Slim model PS3, and copies of The Last of Us and Batman: Arkham Origins.

Red Dead Redemption GOTY is $15 on Amazon.

More stuff has been added to the sale, including a bunch of EA stuff:

Syndicate - $4.99 (Origin)
Mirror’s Edge + DLC - $4.99 (Origin)
Dead Space 2 - $4.99 (Origin)
Mass Effect - $4.99 (Origin)
Mass Effect 2 - $4.99 (Origin)
Bulletstorm - $4.99 (Origin)
Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2012) - $4.99 (Origin)

X-Com Collection (all the old games plus Enemy Unknown) - $9.99 (Steam)
Stealth Bastards Deluxe - $2.99 (Steam)
Skulls of the Shogun - $4.99 (Steam)
Sine Mora - $2.50 (Steam)
Zeno Clash 2 - $4.99 (Steam)

Amazon has the Metro: Last Light Season Pass for $10, for those who want in on the DLC.

Sold out very very quickly.

What’s the deal between a standard edition PC game on Origin and the Instant Access versions? Most new EA/Origin games on Amazon have this option, and the IA costs more. I’m not using Origin, and won’t but I’m still curious.

I think Instant Access automatically links the game into your Origin account. Saves you the trouble of typing in the serial number into Origin.

No way it is that. Surely not. If so, for that they charge several dollars more? NFS: Most Wanted is normally $20 vs $30 for the IA. $10 for what you claim? I must be in PC bizzaro world.

Usually on stuff like that it’s not that they’re charging more, it’s that they’re separate SKUs and one of them got missed for the sale/price drop/whatevs.

Canadians with a Shoppers Drug Mart near them may be able to pick up “The Last of Us” for PS3 @ $15 like I did. Sale ends today. I picked up two copies at this price. It’s a price error and because it was somehow entered into their backend system as Skylanders. Best of luck.

This seriously needs to change.

Once we have PSN digital games discounted from third party sellers, we’re looking at a Steam like situation on the PS4 which would be absolutely amazing.

Imagine if Green Man Gaming sold PSN codes. My god…

That would be so sweet.

Yup, and hoping Microsoft will expand the use of retail SKU packs for digital codes like they started with COD. I am fine with buying at a retail store if they get price reduced on a aregular basis.

That Humble Weekly deal of Pinball FX2 tables is freaking awesome! My living room roll-your-own Steambox is very happy.

The new Rachet and Clank game “Into the Nexus” for PS3 just came out last week, but Amazon already has it marked down to $19.99 from the $30 MSRP. Reviews were really good.

Reviews for Tearaway on Vita have also been phenomenal, and that’s marked down to $29.99.

EDIT: Oops, it’s a Walking Dead Vita bundle Amazon is doing for Black Friday.

That’s okay, in 40 days when a bunch of pissed off and confused parents return it because their kids tell them, “It’s not the Playstation 4, dumbass,” there will be another sale. :)

Matrix Games is having a sale, looks like about 33% off a long list of games (Which they posted online as a PDF for some strange reason). It’s not in the realm of a Steam sale, but for Matrix it’s not bad.
