Hoping Steven Peeler is around to answer this. I have (and play!) Drox on Steam. If I buy the expansion from your site on sale, will it be Steam-able? If not, I’ll wait and see if it pops up in the Steam Winter sale.
I greatly enjoyed Drox once I found a control scheme that worked for me (there are multiple ways to control, and finding the right one for you early on is essential).
Steam’s daily today is ShadowGate:
65% off already, only been out a couple months… sigh
Played through this and had a good time. There are a few annoying puzzles but they wouldn’t be so bad if you write down the clues you find. One thing I really liked was the art direction. Most of the ingame scenes are similar to unpolished concept art. It looks really unique with the entire game presented that way. It took me around 5 hours to finish normal mode, but the hardest difficulty would’ve been a significantly different experience & extended the game to at least 10 hours.
I have been able to play steam version with the Soldak store expansion. I also emailed Soldak support with my receipt and they sent me a steam key for the expansion.
Steam today: Edge of Space - $5.84 - (55% off). early access.
actually a 2d random-generated platformer rogue-like.
Steam yesterday: Orcs Must Die! 2 - $3.74 - (75% off).
Buy it now and beat the thanksgiving rush.
Steam weeklongs. But c’mon, we know that the steam sale is coming in 2 days…, so, a short list this week.

[li]Infested Planet - $7.49 - (50% off). Now with trading cards! (Oh, it was a month ago.)[/li][/ul]

So to any Saints Row players, I picked up the latest Humble Bundle, with that game. Is the upgrade pack they sell in the store worth it? I’ve not played any of the SR games, and have no idea if the DLC offered is any good/ worth getting. Link: https://www.humblebundle.com/store/p/saintsrow4_gotc_upgrade_storefront
Short answer: Yes.
Long answer: Holy crap it’s worth it just for How the Saints Saved Christmas.
Basically it’s all the DLC (which is a lot) for really cheap (wow that’s cheap). I’d get it.
New humble bundle.
1$
Dreamcast Collection (Space Channel 5 is the good one)
Nights into Dreams
Sonic All Stars Racing Transformed (best kart racer on PC, great single player too)
DLC for Football Manager 2015 & Total War Rome 2
BTA
Company of Heroes 2 Western Army
Empire Total War
12$+
Total War Shogun 2
I’d happily recommend that 1$ tier to anyone.
Some good sales going on in the Playstation & Xbox stores as well.

I’ll be picking up Little Big Planet 2. Loved the first game & Vita.

Sonic & All Stars Transformed is worth the $1 by itself, easily.
I think it’s only the Fall of the Samurai expansion.

Does that cost them money? I’d do that if I knew it didn’t cost Soldak money.
So is the CoH2 thing just the one Western Front army? Is it standalone, or does it work with CoH2? I thought the Western Front expansion had both sides.
And I’m really not getting this bizarre “include DLC in a bundle but not the main game” stuff.

Western Front Armies is the US and OkW (codename for what is more-or-less the ragged but relatively elite 1944-era Germans) factions for skirmish/multiplayer. As I understand it, you wouldn’t be able to use the Soviets or Ostheer (1942-1943 Germans) in skirmish/multiplayer but could otherwise play as normal (kinda like how CoH1 worked with its Opposing Fronts expansion). You’d also lose the campaign if that has any value to you.
Maybe someone a bit more informed can help clarify, but that’s my understanding of it.
If it is, Fots is standalone and I preferred it to vanilla shogun 2.

That one’s a standalone, actually.
As far as I know Steam is generally quite happy to provide developers with Steam keys for their games free of charge. It gets more people into the Steam ecosystem, after all.
Right now Amazon is bundling Shadow of Mordor (various console editions, including Xbone) with the Blu-Ray Lords of the Ring full set for just $55. The Blu-Ray set alone is about $30, so that means you’re getting SoM for $25 or so, not including tax. That’s a super bargain, and shockingly somehow I don’t have any of the LOTR movies on disc (not sure why but… whatever).
I think it only lasts another 4 hours but not sure.

And, unshockingly, Amazon once again fails to include the PC edition in one of their videogame deals. (I mean, I already have LOTR Bluray, so it wouldn’t really work out for me, but…c’mon, guys.)

Yeah, that disappoint me too. I might wind up with a current gen console in Dec or Jan, but I am a PC lady. I prefer the games on PC.

It’s clear that “Oberkommando West” is a more palatable name for the Waffen SS (the elite German forces of the conflict without all those pesky war crimes). What’s weird is that this bundle only seems to include the OkW without including the American side. Were they sold separately?
