Not sure if it’s been posted before but Matrix’s catalogue is on sale for Christmas. I’m thinking of picking up Commander The Great War and Legion for the iPad as they’re both 50% off.
Looks like Oberkommando West is HALF of the Western Front Armies package. Western Front Armies is a standalone multiplayer expansion for CoH 2 that includes German (Oberkommando West) and US Forces. They sell separately for $13 each, or together for $20. So if you want the full Western Front Armies experience, you’ll still have to shell out another $13 post-bundle unless the US Forces goes on sale sometime soon.
This is the weirdest Humble Bundle offering yet. Good DLC/exp for three major games (Rome 2, Football Manager 15, CoH 2) and yet NONE of the base games are included in any tier nor are they even on sale in the Humble Store. So essentially this bundle is only good if you either already own one or more of the base games but still need the DLC, or if you really want to grab Sonic Racing All Stars, Dreamcast Collection or Fall of the Samurai, which granted are not bad games, but not really the makings of an exciting bundle either. Not sure what SEGA or Humble was thinking with this one.

Here are the Matrix games for sale.
I believe almost all of the iOS version are 50% off but bewarned that the iOS sale is only for one week as opposed to the month-long PC sale.

It might encourage someone to pick up the base game? Also, for COH2, it injects players into the multiplayer?
I can’t believe they’re charging $40 (now $20!!) for a close combat game that is really not that different from the ones of 10 years ago.

I was excited to grab Nights / Dreamcast collection / Sonic racing. It also lets me try out CoH2 for less than $4. Pretty solid bundle to me, at least.

If you can get it to run. It’s a game that has never ran at all on any computer I’ve owned.

That’s odd. Multiple PCs are unable to run it?

Anything on that list that one should jump at? I like strategy games, but it feels like a chore going through that ginormous list ;)
Starships Unlimited is the bomb.
The month is almost up, don’t forget to grab Red Faction Guerrilla on the 360 for free if you’re a Live Gold member.

The Evil Within $20 for less than 2 more hours for PC
Damn that price dropped fast and hard. Was the gameplay crappy? I remember reading lots of complaints about the widescreen black bars, but very little about the actual game.
Same here. The only thing I know about Evil Within is that it has black bars.

That alone turned me off the game. F that noise.
So Bundlestars is giving an extra 25% off today. The code is SUPERNOVA25. They have Planetary Annihilation for $10.19 but that’s $7.64 after the discount. The only thing I don’t get is it says “Steam Community Update” on it. Is it the game itself of some kind of DLC?

Looks like the game to me. $7.64 seems like a really good price for it.

The “Steam Community Update” bit is an old image from when they added trading cards, achievements and such to the game. It wasn’t any separate piece of DLC.
