Disney Infinity 2.0 with Ironman, Thor and Black Widow for £15 is just what I need for my Eldest, he is 8 on saturday so will work as an extra present.

Remember, Tron 2.0 is great and Tron Evolution is not.

I don’t think I can resist Tron 2.0. Even though I hardly ever replay older games Ive already played. Is it old enough yet to be a QT3 Classic Game Club entry? (Over 10 years old?)

Edit: Why, yes it is! Original release date was August 2003, so it is old enough to qualify for the Classic Game Club. Sweet.

STOP EXECUTING ESCAPE ROUTINE!

(JUST BUY IT!)

Steins;Gate - $22.49

The chances of this appearing on Steam are slim.

I wish I could say “that’s a good deal,” but I still haven’t played the copy I paid $60 for. -_-

(It’s still probably a good deal.)

IIRC, the PC version is actually free, you unlock characters with it using the codes that come with the figures instead of the figures themselves. The steam version is just packing the unlocks together, without the figures.

Not quite, the free version only comes with the sandbox and the characters available on a rota none of the playsets (which are £15 each) modes or games either. Really it’s just a basic demo with none of the content outside a toy box.

I love Tron 2.0 both for the fact that a)it was one of Monolith’s finest efforts, and b)it was old-school balls-hard in some spots.

Also, already mentioned, but Matrix is still doing it’s Christmas thing. To reward their efforts, I picked up Command: MANO at $50, which is very reasonable. See, Matrix? You price your games like human goddamn beings and not Scrooge McFucking Duck and they actually get bought. I would be amused to see Matrix sales comparisons between not-sale and sale prices, but I probably won’t get to.

Steam today: Xenonauts - $16.74 - (33% off).

Well the fact that they have done this sale multiple times now indicates to me that the effect is non trivial. They are primed and ready to say ‘See, told you it doesn’t work’ and drop the program. So that they have made it an annual thing says it must be working.

I loved Tron 2.0. The only thing that gave me pause back in the day is that the tone felt really weird sometimes. The game was very serious one minute, and then it went into very much NOLF-style humor. It already had NOLF-style art married to the neon bright look of the movie. I can see how the contrast would be too jarring for some, but I loved it.

Steam is offering a 2014 Video Game Awards sale: http://store.steampowered.com/sale/2014vgas/

Some highlights include Wolfenstein: The New Order (67% off - $19.80), Child of Light (60% off - $6.00), Alien: Isolation (50% off - $24.99), and more.

First, why is this game that you can’t even pre-order in the “sale”?

Second…

And yes, I’m logged in to my account.

I don’t understand why Steam is listing “nominated titles” for the awards, but not necessarily titles that are on-sale (such as Batman: Arkham Knight mentioned above)…

I was just wondering when we were going to see a sale on Shovel Knight. I’m going to guess that the developer’s policy is that there will be no sales for the first year or something. Going to hope it happens at the full holiday sale, but I’m now doubting it.

Can someone please tell me which “2014 Game Award” Witcher:Wild Hunt won?

Best Trailer Ever?

Looks like I will be getting Valiant Hearts! :D Yeah yeah I know, UBI drm double launch shit.

You need that DRM for South Park anyways. (This is the cheapest I’ve seen this game yet…)
