Heads up for those who don’t care to buy a whole other copy of Skyrim just to get the two big DLCs at less than the 10 dollars a pop that Steam is currently charging–Amazon is selling the codes for 5 bucks each for both Dawnguard and Dragonborn. It may only last for today, who knows.

Green Man Gaming has a few good deals today.
With the Winter-Sale20-Grogre coupon, assuming it works for them:

20$ - Valve complete pack
6$ - Murdered SS
2$ - Fallout NV
2$ - Hatoful Boyfriend

Man, two bucks for fallout:NV is an amazing amount of gameplay per dollar spent.

That’s probably just the base version. I’d highly recommend getting a Complete / GOTY version with all 4 (?) dlcs included.

Humble Store is at it again today (trying to out do Steam Sale prices):

[ul]
[li]Age of Wonders III - $13.59 [/li][li]Legend of Grim Rock II - $15.59 and Legend of Grimrock I - $2.29[/li][li]FarCry 3 Deluxe Edition - $9.99[/li][li]Company of Heroes 2 - $9.99[/li][li]Saints Row Ultimate Franchise Pack (every Saints Row 2/3/4) - $13.74[/li][li]Total War : Rome 2 - $14.98 (in case you missed it on Steam daily)[/li][li]Middle Earth : Shadow of Mordor - $29.99[/li][/ul]

Picked up the Amalur expansions over at Gamer’s Gate for $5 a pop, to make an endless game even longer :)

Do the humble bundle versions unlock on steam?

Humble games force an unlock on Steam – you have to have a linked Steam account. (Some games are standalone installers, but the list you have above are all going to be Steam unlocks).

You can select gift rather than immediate activation, which allows you to, well, give them to someone else.

I was looking at that but noticed that they had the super duper version (DLC included) for $7.50. Does anyone know if that just unlocks the DLC if you already have the game and, more importantly, an active save file?

Got SpaceChem for $1 on Steam. Cute game.

GreenManGaming has been a big letdown so far. Usually they beat Steam at their own game.

All the sales have been a pretty big letdown. Almost wish the annoying Steam auction thing was back since as fiddly as that was it had mildly better prices on a lot of stuff. The other day I nearly broke down and bought Valkyria Chronicles for $10 from Amazon 'cause I had some store credit, but I talked myself out of it because it’s just the deal starvation talking. Kinda hoping there’ll be a cool Humble bundle tomorrow.

All I want for Christmas is a Steam deal on Geometry Wars 3 PC. It’s $11.24 on Amazon, but I foolishly bought $40 in Steam gift cards when the sale started and can’t see myself buying much outside of GW3 or a 75% off Wolfenstein. Unless someone wants to trade me a $20 Amazon code for a $20 Steam code, that is? :)

I liked the Steam sale a lot better when the Flash sales changed every 8 hours.

It’s probably been reported already but all of Square Enix’s Final Fantasy titles are half price for IOS and Android. I grabbed FF6 as I’ve never played it and it seems like the new versions are the definitive ones (unless you need non-touch controls and I wouldn’t blame you for that).

Xcom: Enemy Within is 50% off on iOS. Looked like some other stuff was, too, but not in any consolidated sale.

Crysis 3 is currently $4 on Amazon. Not sure for how long.

Does require Origin, I’m afraid

Looks like Oceanhorn and Baldur’s Gate 2 also are on iOS sale.

I wouldn’t recommend Crysis 3 to anyone, based on the first 3 hours or so. The main weapon is the bow, and I am usually a sucker for both stealth and the bow, but both fell flat for me in Crysis 3. It didn’t help that Tomb Raider came out around the same time, and its bow is a lot more fun to use.
