I was able to get that Walmart pricematch by showing them the Web page on my phone. I had to zoom in and show them the exact prices as well; apparently they can’t pricematch the general concept of BOGO because it’s considered a gimmick ad, but they were able to match it when I showed them the items in question and their prices. Since I have a copy of A Link to the Past coming in the mail right now, I’ll hold off on playing ALBW until I’ve got that, and play them back-to-back.

I’m late! Actually I’m in another city doing family errands.

Just picked up GTR 2 and GT Legends for $1.60 each off Bundle Stars - http://www.bundlestars.com/store/gtr-2-fia-gt-racing/.

They’re oldies but are perfectly fine graphically when maxed out and handle really well with a 360 controller. Plus there appears to be an absolute ton of free cars/tracks for download from mod sites.

Definitely worth picking up if you’re at all into PC racing sims.

Nice find! I just bought both.

Steam today: Rise of Nations: Extended Edition - $13.39 - (33% off).
This was not on sale during the great summer sale of 2014. It’s even cheaper if you can split a 4-pack at $40.19.
Already had GT Legends but had been looking to collect GTR2, thanks ledShok. Also grabbed Race 07 Injection for a couple of bucks.

Thanks. I’m not that into racing sims (my only recent foray was with Dirt3 and Grid), but I’m excited to see what cars are available in GT Legends. If I can drive some cars I love, I won’t mind losing each race and/or cruising through the grass.

If you grabbed GTR2 also check out the Power & Glory 3 mod.

Based on GT Legends and containing almost all of the cars, the goal was “to produce the cars as close as we can to the way they were in the 60s and 70s.”

I did grab GTR2, and now I’ve actually got a reason to install it. Thanks.

And just to make my post more useful:

Has anyone mentioned that GoG is having a Linux games sale?
They’re also selling SPAZ (Space, Pirates, And Zombies–new to GoG I guess) for $2.50 (75% off). http://www.gog.com/news/release_space_pirates_and_zombies

For Rise of Nations there is still a few hours on the deal, and if anyone would like to get in on a 4 pack I’d gladly head that up.

I’m up for a Rise of Nations 4-pack!

And only seven minutes too late!

Oh well, my backlog’s long enough as it is. :P

Well not their fault really, I posted that with a bit short notice. Then again that’s because I was late to notice. Oh well.

Can’t blame me. I actually came in on Saturday to post that deal!
