Chainsaw Warrior is a solo boardgame made by Games Workshop back in the 80s, and there’s now a Steam version. It is reputedly an excellent conversion of a boardgame that is pretty bad.

The Dawn of War II games have about 356 pieces of DLC which seems to mostly be different weapons, abilities, skins, and models. Do any of these add value to the base games or are they mostly cosmetic changes? Are you able to unlock some of this stuff in the base games over time?

I bought Chainsaw Warrior during a price cut, and already regretted the waste of money after my first game. Solo game from the era when people didn’t have computers. Be very glad we now have computers, is all I can say…

Most of the Game’s Workshop are hard to find collectors items, they’re also mostly quite boring to play :P
I’m thinking of Space Hulk, Warhammer Quest and Advanced Heroquest here. Blood Bowl is ok. Talisman isn’t hard to find, which is a shame, as it’s the worst of the bunch.

edit: I used to like Citadel Combat Cards as a kid.

Good God Saints Row IV is fun. Probably the most fun I’ve had in years with a game. If you don’t have it you should buy it!

Its meant to be Halo meets Minecraft. Only holds true if Halo was a clunky buggy tech demo and Minecraft was a bland empty world. They claim to be on version 0.9, so theres not much hope for improvement I think.

I got Starforge as a gift in the Summer Sale. Loaded it up, played for five minutes, ran around aimlessly, put a flare in my hand to see what it would do, looked “down” and it looked like my in-game character was holding a cock with a green tip, quit and uninstalled.
