Batman dead end

Don’t know if this was posted yet, but I just started watching it. I love the alien costumes.
Check it out

If you EVER so much as post another stupid link with 3 billion pop-ups, I’m going to go Huffman on your ass.

what are you talking about? I didn’t get any pop ups.

Maybe you run a popup blocker?

I got 8 popups, one of which crashed Explorer.

No pop up eliminator. FYI to those who download the movie it may have pop ups. You could also check theforce.net or maybe fileplanet for it.

You idiots need a real browser. The short was pretty damn cool, though. Great Joker and costumes.

That site is just getting the bandwidth from theforce.net, so here’s the actual page: http://www.theforce.net/theater/shortfilms/batman_deadend/

That includes a download link so you don’t have to stream it. It’s about 44MB.

After watching this, I realize why Batman invented that nippled armor suit he wore in the movies. It’s much safer to fight things with claws if you have on something thicker than a T-shirt.

I eagerly await the sequel to Batman: Dead End to answer that age old question of who would win in a fight between Batman and Aliens vs. Predator.

Yes, extra protection for those “sensitive” areas.

Goddamn I want a Predator costume.

I sleep in my predator suit. I live near Stroker Ace and Tyjenks so it’s a safety precaution.

A friend of mine described the last half of the short as something out of the mind of the guy behind http://www.realultimatepower.net.

I just completely zoned out when the Joker started blithering his life’s story, and never came back even when it came down to Batman vs. Predator vs. Guy doing bad Alien impression vs. Freddy vs. Leatherface vs. S.P.E.C.T.R.E. vs. Bronson Pinchot. Actually, I’m not even sure why the Joker’s in this, except so he can deliver his incredibly vague, incredibly cliched “Daddy” speech from all of the worst comics that Batfans think is so deep. However, if there is anything in this film that the directors completely nailed, it was the Joker’s makeup - it has never, ever been done so well. So it is worth seeing for that and the inherent amusement of watching thirty-something comic book dorks crouch, suck in their gut, then dramatically jump off of a small box with their capes flapping.

I thought this was completely absurd and out of left field until I was shown this link: http://www.rambles.net/bat_pred91.html

Looks like it has a basis in the comic books, so that’s why they did the weird crossover.

Who am I kidding, it’s still absurd and out of left field.

Pet Peeve #123:

Movies that you download that have their credit take up a quarter of the run length.

Pet Peeve #124 (which this movie isn’t guilty of):

Movies that have their massive credit sequences at the beginning of the movie.

Apparently they have also made Superman vs. Aliens, Superman vs. Terminator, Aliens vs. Predator vs. Terminator, and Aliens vs. Bluntman vs. PredAlien vs. Terminatrix vs. Edward Furlong, which I’m looking forward to.
