I don’t know. If we do the check I will add no cards.
We could live on the knife’s edge and throw the check. A bait will probably finish us, though Elosha played one earlier so it’s a bit less likely that she has two. We won’t be able to jump immediately after, but we also won’t succumb to president crises and we’ll still have magic in the pocket.
Or I can magic it away. It’s a bit of a shame since it’s not a life or death crisis, but it’s probably the safest move.
Finally, I could help a moderate amount on the check (considering my current situation)

I apologize for the delay. I had windows do a REALLY FUCKING ANNOYING update crash while working on the check. Which corrupted the save. I’ve reverted to a backup and am working through restoring turns. But it’s taking me a while.
Anyhow short version of what happens is this, the check fails. Goes negative.
