Total = +11 which is a pass.
@Otthegreat you can use QT to put a 3 or less strength card into your hand. Taking an XO or the DE will still pass. Especially with Iron Will in there. Violent Outbursts is also going to put you in Sickbay no matter what happens. Too bad it’s a 4!
Also the Basestars will fire:

Both are hits, but you choose where they hit after you’re in sickbay.
