Battlestar Galactica XX: The Super Crisis Shuffle

I will direct the second half of the XO to @rho21

I’ll lead another CAG conga.
Launch a viper in 3, and immediately use it to escort the civilian ship to safety. Then escort the other one myself.

Back to you, @CraigM.

P.S. Please choose a pilot who can shoot this time.

Stinger + Cylon Fleet board = better than Apollo?

Unfair%20Bias

@Lantz you gonna need some help because, woof, that’s a stiff penalty for you.

Starting with @jeffreyb

Ouch. I’m outta stuff 0 @rowe33

Destiny is mostly positive, fair chance to be neutral and slightly less chance at being very bad. That’s what I can say

Seriously, though, it would be nice if we could hold onto my hand…

Everyone have a good Valentines Day? Good. Tallying up now.

Still sorting all the mail ;)

He kept hearing about the poor performance of the pilots, the lack of preparation on their part for a, by definition surprise, ambush. Oh, sure, he wasn’t the one calling the shots. The Admiral had rank on him, and the nebulous mass of antipathy couldn’t be directed at him. Noooo.

And of course the fact was that the Presidency had passed over him, and several other more qualified individuals he would add, to land on some relatively obscure pilot, too green to even be CAG on his own ship, let alone the flagship.

And obviously the fact that he had helped coordinate the flight groups while the CAG focused on the grunt work of shooting shit, because the Galactica pilot crew was so inept, didn’t get mentioned. Who had prevented the Civilians from getting whacked by the Raiders?

He had.

Who had helped direct firing solutions to wipe out the first wave of Raiders?

He had.

Who had made sure that the ships were in damn fine shape after getting ambushed in an attack that had wiped out the rest of the fleet, and humanity?

He had gods damn it.

So when broad discontent, resentment, anger, and frustration had found their way to his doorstep in the cowardly guise of ‘the people are not happy’ he had plenty of friends willing to help him send a message.

Shove it.

Starting at @rowe33

well, must pass this one. i can help.

@CraigM: is there a raider mispositioned on the pursuit board, or is there a typo in one of the turn resolutions?

No typo, no error. The pursuit board has it’s own numbering system. See sectors 1-6 are arbitrary and my own concoction from running the forum game. The pursuit board did not exist at that point.

The pursuit track is labeled 1-8, and I roll the standard D8 to determine placement. Sector 1 is, confusingly, mapped to sector 2 of the main board.

If you look at the enlarged image, you can see the numbering on the pursuit track.

Yeah, but you said “Raider activates, roll 1”, which should mean an extra raider in sector 1. Instead one has been added to sector 7-8 since last time.

Lol, oh I see.

Yeah that’s a typo on my end, the roll was 8
