This is beyond any sort of balls I may have. It’s good to know Humans still do this stuff. Just amazing.
This apparently made the rounds a couple years ago, but I totally missed it. Maybe someone else did too? Stairway to Stardom, the best of NYC public access in the early 80s:

It’s really all amazing, the related links are hours of “entertainment”.
That was a damn good advertisement.

For six months, I once observed thirty fourteen-year-olds devote an hour or so per week to learning the Art of Yo-Yo. We were under the monotone direction of a bored PE teacher, and not a single kid managed to progress more than a few notches beyond the basics. This kid obviously loves it.

To be fair, the kid actually competes professionally, but apparently he’s considered among the best of the best.
I can’t pick up a yo-yo without hurting myself (not that I’ve touched one since I was ten), and this kid’s aren’t even attached to the string he uses. WTF.
Some of them are, some of them aren’t.
I actually played around with the bigger version of this for a while when I was doing fire performance stuff. It’s fun, but it was hard to get it to do any moves that look masculine, so I dumped it.
I’ll give the kid props. By combining it with Poi spinning moves he’s created something really unique.
I liked the one without music FWIW…and I’m sure this has been posted before, but it is short.
