Just to follow up, it was made by these guys for Activision.

I love how because the camera is attached to the boat, your frame of reference never changes when the boat is lifting and dropping over the waves. Objects just seem to slide across the room, Poltergeist/telekinesis style.

That said, that poor guy trapped in the furniture avalanche…
