It’s a video produced by a comedy troupe, apparently. None of their other stuff (also on Youtube) is remotely as funny, though.
And yeah, I checked out Jones’ site too. I particularly love that it features his motto (In my yard, I don’t care!)

No, that was equal parts horrifying and funny! I liked how they all stood there motionless after the announcer guy had already said “David…”, and they waited until his full name was spoken before they freaked out.
