The exploding banana mask has been preying on my mind all day. So I asked a Russian co-worker to please translate the text for me, and his explanation was something along the lines of “when a cat is very bored, it licks its balls. This is a very severe case of such a behaviour”.
In the meantime, the youtube 'more info has been updated with a link to the original, which turns out to be a film made made by a NY artist. My mind is at rest.
