This is QT3, realities are body-checked for free. And then we’re off to find someone else to pile on.

Actually, we’re tame little kittens here.

Well, kittens that know Nietzsche and Kant.

…who we also think of as ignorant pussies.

Saw this video years ago on USA Nightflight I believe. Don’t know how to describe it without spoiling it.

The furries! Oh god, the furries!

Has “A very Potter Musical” been posted yet?

The chick who plays Draco is awesome.

Oh, and fair warning: it’s a full length musical.

(3 minutes of) Hawk Jones!

From CBS2 NYC, probing journalism: “Teen Girl Falls In Open Manhole While Texting”

Wonder if anyone would play a game like this these days:

I love how accurately they portrayed the nerdly D&D players, especially since two of them went on to be pretty famous (Alan Ruck and Jamie Gertz)

I believe that the footage of the driver was spliced in later. That car was obviously driven by a dinosaur.

I might be the only person here who takes issue with dismissing Aqua as the “Barbie Girl band”, but I do.

Not dismissing them. I own both their US released albums and enjoy them. I don’t know if the general public would know if know Aqua by any other way than “The Barbie Girl Band”

That was totally awesome. I love his smile when the shit under the trailer explodes.

CONTEXT!

Isn’t a link without context a hanging offense?

I’m pretty sure Rimbo posted this because it’s got cute chicks in it who may or may not be underage. Personally, I enjoyed it for the way the actors were reading their lines from pieces of paper on the desks in front of them. The jump cut edits, supertexted subtext, and production design were just gravy.

-Tom

“Do you have any background in spacecraft design, Heather?”

It’s Motel Art, Tom.

Actually it’s the video behind this story – http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=100346538

The chicks are not even remotely underage; they are all either employees of or contractors (via SAIC) for NASA. And obviously not professional actors.

Yer jes’ gettin’ old, Tom.

And if you’ve ever had a job working for the government, you know what’s happening here all too well.
