Violating agreements and contracts is understandable. My amazement was more directed towards the outlandish concern over genital handling in general. Like the fact that people not involved with the genitals are concerned about the genitals themselves, and not about the consent of the genital owners. For example, the whole Ugandan “Kill the Gays” bit, or the Catholic Church pulling partner benefits from everyone if gay people might get benefits. There you have a third party weighing in on the properness of the genitals of consenting adults. It’s literally a concern of form over function.

If two people have an exclusivity agreement, then a violation of that contract is indeed a worthy subject. What mystifies me is concern about genitals outside of a consensual agreement.

Having uninvited third parties weigh in on 2 person contracts seems to bestow a certain amount of arrogance on the parties judging.

I guess what I am trying to say is that a quarter-million Haitians die, it’s a two week news story. Jon and Kate fight over penis location, and everyone is enraptured for a year.
