Macross Zero was a great short Macross series, perhaps the best since the original series (I wasn’t a huge fan of Do You Remember Love and everything that came after it, although Plus wasn’t bad). Maybe the best of them all, actually. The singing in the original does NOT hold up well. Bah I shouldn’t have gotten into this, I have an unnatural obsession with the Macross universe and protoculture theory.
The dogfights in Zero are some of the best animated action I have ever seen.
Motorcycle jump, real life shizzzz.
