Can I host a game on a 1.5 down 256 up DSL connection well?

If I can I’ll put it up at 8 central.

if anyone wants to play, should it be co-op or straight up murder? I plan to password it with qt3.

Maybe 8 people. More like 6 though. Your server uses the upstream portion to send to each player, 256kbps isn’t going to support many people.

could it run with bots? I suppose it could. I seriously doubt there will be 50 qt3 regulars logging in to it. heh
