On one hand, I certainly don’t think those journalists should be imprisoned, and hope Clinton can secure their release. However, part of my mind sees this sort of thing as “feeding the troll.” North Korea is like the child who realizes he gets a lot more attention when behaving badly and therefore continues to behave badly. A former US President “begging at the doorstep” only encourages them, and the right North Korean policy is to ignore them. Still, my prayers go out journalists.
