Pantone 2024 C

IncorRGB253_123_85 !

He used Pantone, so it’d be IncorreCMYK.

Don’t ask me why it’s Cyan and Magenta in print, it just is.

Incorrecolorconverter!

Pantone ® R G B Hex

PANTONE 2024 C 253 123 85 #FD7B55

There is a reason, and damn you for making me remember what is it was. 😡

My new job has me maintaining a 42” plotter. There will be blood. Or Pantone 199C.

I worked in commercial print for over a decade (the big 8 color presses that are 40’ long). So I know roughly why, but it still is weird to me how the primary and secondary colors don’t mix like you’d expect.

WHY ARE YOU PRINTING &$#! GREEN? It’s yellow on my screen!

(Goes off to find a hammer to calibrate the plotter.)
