Vindication was delivered today (over a month ahead of the KS schedule).
What an absolute monster of a box. The box it was shipped it made my boxes of Mechs vs Minions and Gloomhaven (2 boxes that mean business) stacked together seem small.
It looks like they took note of the shipping issues with the first edition as mentioned by @Nesrie.
And as @Profanicus pointed out in the KS thread, they didn’t go for half measure in protecting the contents. It’s very much a case of: “I hear you like cardboard, foam and bubblewrap with your cardboard, foam and bubblewrap”.

I recall that @Nesrie posted impressions after her first playthrough and has been enjoying the game since. So I’m really looking forward to giving it a try.
Now to find the time to punch it all out and rebox the contents.
