Book Thread 2020

Have you read Charles Soule? His book Anyone is recent, solid, and full of great ideas and some truly WTF moments. A researcher discovers something amazing that has big consequences for how we view (and experience, literally) identity, and lots of crazy shit goes down as she tries to protect it. Split between the ‘present day’ and the near future, when her tech is ubiquitous and world-changing, it’s not perfect but it kept me reading and enjoying the whole way through. (It’s much stronger, I thought, than his first novel, The Oracle Year)
