Isn’t that exactly what was rejected before because it requires technologies that don’t exist to do that tracking?

Seems very much like it.

Should have expected that it’s all just a continuation of Brexiter fantasies and that the Moron Johnson wasn’t really pushing an actual solution to the Brexit impassé. He’s just playing to the gallery so that he has ammunition for the GE.

This is not your usual London Review of Books review.

Complete opposite of the other 248 polls run since the Ref. Including a dozen or so in the last few weeks.

Interesting. If course not insurmountable even if correct, but I wonder what the optics will be?

The optics are terrible already

Wankers of the world unite!

The Great Tory Firewall and plans for massive censorship infrastructure fails. Impossible to implement and manage (and put that in context with their Brexit tech solutions)

No doubt they planned to block the climate protestors, it was clear this wasn’t really about porn. The Brexiters must be gutted heh.

Well, I’ll be honest here. I’m genuinely surprised the anti-Christ sneaked in to a position where he can enable Armageddon by disguising himself as Boris Johnson.

I guess the lying, the untrustworthiness, backstabbing, dishonestly, thievery and all round honourless dog thing is a bit of a clue but I imagined Satan would send someone with a bit more class and style.

Oh, wait a minute. I’ve just realised. Satan had two boys.

We’re all going to die.

No details of what is in it yet, but a real coup for BoJo is this is true. Of course, he still needs to get it through parliament which still seems like it is very unlikely to me, but who knows? There may be a “only Nixon could go to China” effect, which will allow him to breeze it past the Brexit hardliners in his own party.

Hard to imagine a PD less ambitious than the one that was previously agreed.

Hard to see how he’ll get this through without DUP support.

Given that even DUP support would have left him a little short of the required votes (i.e., he’d have to get opposition “Leavers” to cross the aisle), I doubt he’ll be able to get this through. A vote on Saturday also won’t give MPs a lot of time to study the new deal (which may be on purpose, though - but yet another reason even otherwise positive MPs might hesitate to vote for). Hold on to your hats…

Someone else is not happy:

If this is an attitude shared by the Hard Brexiter Tories, then BoJo’s deal is going to be as doomed as May’s.

Reports that the vote on Sat will be between deal & no deal - thereby fulfilling the Benn act. Not sure of the validity but that seems to be the plan. If so… awesome!

That motion could be amended to change it before the vote, after the government tables it, couldn’t it?

Not sure how it exactly works. British parliament is confusing.

Maybe by some, but the electoral incentives of the Brexit Party and the ERG are very, very different. I can’t see more than a handful of Tories voting against it.

Never mind. Just In:

Government loses vote on procedure for Saturday that could allow MPs to close Benn Act loophole

This is…ghoulish. Even without the smiley.

Brexit isn’t just controlled by racists, its now dependent on terrorists

And crossover with minor party/anti-choice thread

We need the SAS to solve the DUP problem Gibraltar style, terrorist scum.

Will the EU really refuse any further extension?
I find it very doubtful but I sincerely hope this is the case.
