There is speculation that Boris will lose his constituency. Based on exit polling.

That would be hilarious.

British elections can be confusing to those of us in the US. Luckily, Weigel’s got us covered over here:

First exit polls won’t be announced until 30 minutes from now.

Never not funny. Not sure why.

Yes, I know. They are rumors supposedly based on ad-hoc comments from exit pollers about the number of Lib Dem voters who voted Labour. I don’t say they are accurate or true.

(wearily shakes head)

:(

Holy moly!! :D

Your countrymen are mad.

Are you talking about the conservative voters or the libdem voters?

I am.

As I said more than a few times, Labour could have changed their leader with someone who comes round and takes a shit in your kettle and they would do better than Corbyn.

Congrats, Britain. Maybe see you at the bottom of the cliff in a few. ;)

Congrats Lib Dems for sabotaging the slight hope the UK had for preventing Brexit.

Is labor going to get rid of Corbyn now?

I was feeling good about the exit poll results until I was reminded Priti Patel was Home Secretary.

Let’s just hope the Marxists are crushed, Labour gets sane leadership, and Boris does less damage than we fear.

Indeed.

There is no final victory; there is no final defeat; just the same battles that have to be fought over and over and over again. So toughen up, bloody toughen up!

Hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way.
