Loads of fields out in the country near me had Leave signs up. I look forward to the bankruptcies from the businesses they voted to make nonviable. 58% of farmers voted for this despite their unions and associations telling them flat out it would cripple the industry.
That’s…not really the point. It is the UK government refusing to maintain the same level of subsidy to the farmers that they currently enjoy from the EU.
