Wow, that’s pretty bad. A second basestar appears then they all jump in, and we don’t get jump prep. And to make matters worse, if we fail the check (which I don’t have all that much for) we lose most of the cover for our civvies and one of us (me as I’m in a viper, I imagine) ends up in sickbay.

Assault Raptors count as Vipers for all game purposes, however they can not be damaged. If they are damaged, they go to the destroyed bucket instead.
