Okay, color me ignorant, but what exactly is the complaint about stem-cell research, again? Is “tampering in God’s domain” and all that? Or is it the use of embryonic fetuses?
For most it’s harvesting aborted fetuses like they’re a natural resource. Most don’t object to research using stem cells obtain without the termination of a pregnancy. Of course, I’m sure there is a tiny minority out there that see all bioscience as an affront to God. Probably makes for some awkward protests against GE produce with the hippy vegans.
