Sheen was indeed an isntant give away, and his character worked better for me than Stephen Fry’s Wilde. In spite of a good performance and his persona fitting the role, i constantly found myself seeing Stephen Fry instead of Oscar Wilde.

A very interesting and ultimately hilarious and moving film. Definitely worth seeing.

I’d guess that the whole “corporate culture” part of the movie (in which the featured actress in the 20 is so good and so prominent) gets shortchanged, in favor of the father/daughter side.
