Pesto is great and your recipe is allright, but it isn’t a first date sauce. I mean, while me and my wife can laugh about “Garlic kiss!” after devouring some pesto soaked gnocchi, our first date was 13 years ago and thankfully didn’t have any garlic-heavy sauces involved.
