I’ll freely admit I know very little about how charges work… but how can someone face 24 charges of recording themselves with the animal but only face 20 charges for actually doing it? Shouldn’t those numbers match or at the very least, the recording part be smaller under the assumption not all acts were recorded but all recorded acts still… count.
