Strong preference for either of the mRNAs over J&J.
Yes yes, I know that the efficacy numbers aren’t directly comparable because of the spread of more contagious variants and other confounding factors, but there doesn’t seem to be any evidence that Moderna/Pfizer are worse than J&J, and some things point to them possibly being more effective. Looking to get my dieroll vs. Covid as close to 1d∞ as possible :)

I used to sell plasma to make ends meet when things got really bad a few years ago. One time, the blood they were pumping out to send through the spinny machine didn’t pump back in correctly, and I passed out before any of the poorly paid, overworked staff realized what was up. Gave me a deep fear of needles real goddamn quick, hah.
I was excited as fuck for today’s needle, though.
