To be fair, they are doing that one anyway.

The pressure adjusts and I wouldn’t want any more than it already offers. If I’m not mistaken it’s driven by a pump and not dependent on the water pressure in the house. It also has position controls and modes to shoot in pulses or patterns. It’s amazing how the Japanese have progressed butt washing technology. Ever since their military budget got forcibly reduced they used those resources to push up some of the more obscure technology sliders in the research panel. With the current quest for self driving cars creating and driving down costs for sensor technologies I’m sure they’ll have auto-targeting soon.
(sorry for tangent)
I feel we need a thread just for this now. :D
Do the bidet attachments have anti-slam toilet seat functionality? That’s a crucial feature for any toilet seat in my household.
Can’t speak for all of them, but the two we have (one Toto, one off-brand) both do.
The toto cover is very light plastic, I don’t think you can slam it.
Move this bidet talk to another thread.

No, this is the opposite. I understand we want to characterize them in a comfortable way, but I can assure you, from my friends who are in this camp, they are really not afraid.
In fact, they think you are the ones who are overly afraid. They think you are afraid of everything. Global warming. Coronavirus. Wealth inequality.
They, on the other hand, think you are a hand wringing namby-pamby, and that everything will work out fine. They are not afraid. That is the problem.
Why do they respond so well to fearmongering about immigrants, then?

Yes. And they have a butt sensor so the kids can’t grab the remote and hose down the bathroom for fun. Well, at least until they figure out the spot you need to hold your hand on to make it think there’s a butt. Though in that case they are likely close enough there’s a good chance it will get them too if they are clicking through the modes. Then you can laugh at them and have a story about how they hosed themselves down with the bidet that you can bring up for the rest of their lives which should totally make up for having to mop up the bathroom once.
I saw several articles today talking about just how deadly this disease is for those with hypertension. Something like a 50% fatality rate for those with complications where it has spread to the lower respiratory tract. What they don’t say is if that’s just for those with uncontrolled blood pressure or for everyone, controlled or not. Mine’s well controlled and normal with meds but this now has me worried. Anyone here know the answer? Maybe @espressojim?
Also, if I was a medical researcher, I’d be looking for proactive treatments to keep it in the upper respiratory tract and stop it from spreading down to the lower. It’s a mild disease as long as it doesn’t spread to the lungs.

Can you link one for us? This is relevant to my interests/survival.

Heh, I meant an article about the high death rate among people with hypertension.
Too much bidet talk in here. I guess I’ll have to get my apocalyptic terror porn elsewhere for a few hours.
It’s because life has gotten pretty shitty recently and we wanna stay clean!
