On my XSX, the installation size is 59GB.
If it’s actually over 100GB on the PS4, that seems like something is wrong.

Looking into it, it looks like some folks had a download size of a little over 100GB on the PS4, but it seems unlikely that’s actually the installation footprint, which is likely closer to 60Gb.

While disappointing, I’m not sure those of us in the 4 core world are (or should be) expecting 60fps stable framerates in pretty much anything anymore. I know I’m personally usually pretty happy when things run with a majority of the bells and whistles on at 40fps. Granted, I have a very old 4 core CPU (3570k @4.2GHz). I can see this being a bigger blow to those with newer 4 core systems.

Isn’t this good though - don’t we want games to take advantage of as many CPU cores as possible?

I’d be curious to read your impressions. I’m thinking I’ll wait a bit for more stability plus the next gen (or current, I guess) updates but I could probably be convinced otherwise.

I’ll write up what I think at some point, although be advised that I’m generally pretty positive about most games, and focus on what I like rather than what I don’t, unless I find stuff that really ruins the game for me.

Well certainly - for those that have cores to give!

Beautiful, exactly the kind of melancholic vibe that all of the marketing has avoided so far.

One of the comments in that trailer spoils the ending, so everyone be wary.

Fuckinmg assholes. Thanks for the warning, will stay clear.

I didn’t see it but ouch. Although, if you have read it, at least there are several endings so isn’t like you have been truly spoiled.

I thought it went live at 9 AM PST?

Like in the replies, or in the trailer itself?

The spoiler was “these are the endings” and I read the first before I realized what I was reading, so nothing major honesty, but just a warning.

In the comments.

Thanks for looking out!

More reason to wait…

More reason for a third playthrough, you mean. The main quest is only 20-30 hours depending on who you believe.

Article is pretty misleading.

Only Atmos has been confirmed not Dolby Vision. so wait if ya want for a maybe at somepoint. Stupid Article Title

However, in an interesting twist, it appears Dolby has backpedaled on its initial announcement regarding Vision support. The original tweet has since been deleted, and following that, the company clarified in a new post that while Dolby Vision will be coming to the Xbox Series X next year, no games have been confirmed to support it at this time.

I was seeing closer to 50 hours when I looked at the reviews, but I think it’s possible (likely) many reviewers were playing at break neck speed to get their review up and done.
