D&D Peoples: Alternatives to Obsidian Portal?

Anyone know of any good alternatives to Obsidian Portal? I’m giving it a go, but it’s so poorly built, cumbersome to use and ugly, I’d really like to try something else. Seems like they might be the only folks around doing what they do, though…

A lot of people use Battlegrounds.

Haven’t used any of these myself but have also heard RPTools mentioned.
