.DDS plugin for Photoshop Elements

I’m still limping along with the stripped down Photoshop Elements and I can’t seem to find a DDS plugin that works. I’ve tried a few I looked up in the intertubes and none of them have worked right. Can someone point me in the right direction and help me get a DDS plugin that works with the stripped down Elements?

I found this on one of my hard drives. It’s apparently two years old.
