Well, I know I’m not stupid, so I guess I’m just easily pleased…
This was terrible.
I love qt3.
This also made the “maybe we shouldn’t be doing this” segment even more of an after thought. And given his actions at the end, it doesn’t even suggest Light fully felt bad. Just sort of.
I just missed the smart interaction between Light and L. Light is not smart and stable enough in this movie and L did not anticipate all the possible actions Kira could do.
It’s not 100% terrible, but you know this could have been better…
I liked this movie. I didn’t watch the anime, maybe that’s why I liked it? I thought it was pretty good, though I think it kind of went by too fast could of used maybe a few exposition mood scenes to slow down the pace… I like this director Wingard, ever since VHS think he does some good stuff. His VHS2 movie short is still one of the scariest horror things I’ve seen(its the one with the guy who gets an eye transplant with a camera).
