As this is a DS9 thread, I’ll just briefly quote my comments on Voyager from the TNG thread:

With regards to Voyager, my thoughts are that its best episodes are up there with the best of TNG, but that the average quality is much worse, so that’s a show that I wouldn’t recommend watching full seasons of.
