Pre-loading. Yay!

Got my code. I’ll have to start preloading tonight.

Got my code too!

Can you add it through the website or do you have to have the Steam client installed?

Preload complete. Now what do I do (for the next 3 days)?

If you ordered from GMG:

READ THIS , as your key will only unlock the game at a certain time!

Your help is certainly appreciated, but we’ve been through this. Twice. If you READ THIS thread, you’ll see that a couple of GMG buyers have been able to preload on Steam already.

I pre-ordered from GMG and I’m already done pre-loading - I don’t think this is any issue any longer.

goddamn. cheapskate me ordered a physical copy. it was cheap. its not gonna land in the mailbox until next week. so stfu for a week you all. thx.

I’m getting pretty excited about this now, after kind of just appraising it from afar. It’s tempting to watch those walkthrough videos that are on YouTube now, but I don’t want to spoil it.

I did watch part of one earlier. Tip for people who think about making one - you don’t need to read everything out loud when I can read it on the screen. ;-)

Is it too late to cancel? I paid $34 for it on GMG just yesterday.

But did they read aloud in a ‘classic’ J.C. Denton voice?

That GMG offer has expired, at least from what I saw over there today.

naw, bloody euro price. its ok tho.

I just cancelled my steam pre-order. Unlock on the 26th? Not okay with that. Not including the bonus missions? Even worse.

Are you in the US? The Steam code will work in any region, and unlock when that region unlocks. So, GMG steam codes will still unlock on Monday night in the US.

A BOMB

GMG received, and I’m all pre-loaded on Steam. Looks like Monday night at midnight EST.

Oh man, I sense a sudden urge to take a day off from work next Tuesday, if it’s going to be available when I WAKE UP!

I am not in the US nor in Europe, so Squenix classified me in the rest of the world on the release timetable. I guess I’ll be waiting for a sale, some time in the future.

Don’t blame Squenix. Although its increasinly illogical, the industry still wants its local publishers to have “exclusive” sales rights and the only way to do that is to enforce release timetables and region limits. Squenix isn’t in a position to buck that trend, though hopefully it’s end is near.
