They used some in Top Chef this year. Even the bones of the chicken are black. They’re used in traditional Chinese medicine and are starting to become more used as interest in unique smaller breeds of animals has come back.
In other did you know news, did you know that there’s a breed of pig that has fat that’s unsaturated like olive oil?

i once saw president clinton at a joke white house ceromony, officially pardoning a turkey before thanksgiving. all good fun…until i noticed the turkey was a white one.
