Not at all. Caelum is merely taking the Henan province back! And to make sure that Tien Chi doesn’t make another unprovoked imperialistic attack on the province, we are attempting to secure the Henan province borders as well… 8)
Unprovoked attack? Why, I was just securing my resource base. Why do you now send your Serephs, you Mammoths, and your Wingless against me? Do you not fear C’tis, or R’yleh? or Arco on your undefended borders?

QT3WorldWar (Marignon): Abysia got a little too uppity and so me and CTis are schooling him. Note to Abysia: Don’t threaten me next time, I am a good neighbor when you don’t do that.
Mictlan is eating my lunch in South America, but I plan to make it quite painful for him. How dare he resist the rightful claiming of our New World. We discovered this place, we get to keep it.
Qt3Cradle (Ctis): I really find I just don’t care about this game. My Pretender died, and I just can’t bring myself to care. Lord Ebonstones staling corpse has been set to AI. (No password set. Boo.) Ebonstone, I thought you were less lame than that.
Qt3FeedingFrenzy (arco): Going SLOW.
Qt3Lavalamp (Marignon): All will bow down before me. Or something.
QT3Cradle(Abysia): Backov might not care about his pretender biting it, but it sure made my day. Mostly I’ve just been waiting to get eliminated.
QT3Lavalamp - Pythium
Stomp stomp stomp go the legions! Study study study goes the god… Ahh, there’s a song in that somewhere. Not a good one I suspect.
QT3AranWars - Jotunheim
So many provinces, so little army. So much to do! O well, I’ve found something amusing in my area so that will be fun to exploit!
Not at all. The Caelum nation is so small, that moving the conventional troops from one border to another can be done very quickly. Besides, neither C’tis, R’yleh nor Arcoscephale has “secured their ressource bases” by taking Caelum provinces.
QT3WorldWar (Tien Chi): Caelum and I had a furious and bloody battle at my eastern capital. Both pretenders killed (his in fighting, mine in retreating), lots of elite dead on both sides. I’m out of this game, but the Flying Circus almost has a Phyrric victory on his hands here in defeating me. At least I went down hard.

Qt3 - JM - Noob - Who won? I received an email saying that the game was over, but when I asked who won I didn’t receive a response.

Man did, almost certainly. My lack of any focus in that game totally hosed me versus his too cheezy Air Queen with Staff of Storms and Wrathful Skies crap. And Tien Chi didn’t really have the stuff to resist him either.

Slyfrog - I never got your mail re: the Noob game. In fact, I didn’t get any replies at all…

Well then, that explains it. All you missed in the email (which was responding to your that stated the game was deemed pretty much over, is everyone o.k. with quitting) was, “Who won?”

Fair enough. I got emailed initially suggesting the game should be ‘called’, so I was asking for a consensus. Lazy sods ;)
You know, when you see it that way, the game is pretty fun, with two different factions of zombies going for my brain. (Tasty big throbbing brain!)
I also like your flavor illustration you posted a few pages before. If you’ll do a wrap-up of that game, don’t miss putting the picture up just below the title.
Right now it’s close season for my brain, as the zombie hordes seem to mob Marignon. (Thus insulting my cerebrum.) So I have some freedom of movement right now. What would you consider the ingame equivalent of a chainsaw, and can I provide you with it?
I see Journal has been restarted.
Is the lone holdout still the lone holdout?
I haven’t heard anything about the holdout since before the pause, so I assume so.
Since we haven’t played a single turn for a week or two the lone holdout didn’t have a chance yet to reassess his chances. Shouldn’t take more than a couple of frustrating turns. :)
Well, I’ll be switching to AI shortly to hasten the process then.

No worries, please make sure all your AARs are in to the coordinator. Thanks for playing!

Yes, because there’s nothing more helpful to winning a battle against Ermor than having his former Prey and your ally become your insane AI enemy.
Shhhh, the first rule of QT3-Journal is that we don’t talk about QT3-Journal!
I’m not trying to be annoying about this, I just really want the AAR to capture all the communications that shaped the game and I don’t want to have to sift through this monster thread to find game-affecting comms (like surrender negotiations) at a later date.
Once the game is over, we can trash talk about it to our hearts content :D
