I think Agartha’s running away with Androphag at the moment. I can’t see how the rest of us can stop him at this point, but we’re not giving up the fight!

Dawn of Dominions is shaking out, and I’m guessing it’ll be a showdown between Vanheim and Agartha with l’il ol’ Ermor squished to a pulp between them.

Of the six games I’ve been playing, I think I only stand a chance of winning Shirley. I have a decent foundation as Ulm right now, but my Dom III skills are not great, and I could very well squander my opportunity.

I think I’ve stopped getting the turn emails from SHIRLEY, so I staled a couple of turns recently. Looks like most people will stale this turn.

In Androphag I’m reaping the benefits of being left alone to explore for gems for a fair while after I took down Marveni. This has put my Pale Ones into a rather good position.

In Bandar, there’s Tien Chi (me), Agartha (ron debry), Pangaea (jeff), Mictlan (Nick Walter), and Ryleh (morkilus). My apologies if I misspelled anyone’s names.

Mictlan is crunching on Pangaea but Agartha did a crazy Pocket Ship invasion of Mictlan’s home island. Ryleh is summoning hundreds and hundreds of things I don’t recognize. I’m researching stuff at random as if it’s a practice game, and hoping no one notices me.

Seriously, I’d place myself fourth (at best) in Hoplite, behind the other two Heims and C’tis. Niefel’s income is way better than mine, his army is much larger, and my research is still like second or third last.

Hoplite and Bandar - sub needed

I need a sub for these two games while I’m on a field trip in Death Valley. I leave tomorrow, so it’d be Thursday through Monday. Can anyone take one or both games from me for the next few days? They’re both 48h quickhost games, so it’s not that much work.

I’ve pushed Atlantis back a bit off my mainland (the south), but they continue to hold a the one lake in the middle of my land and push back on land every time I push them off. Man and couple others watch to see who loser will be and presumably jump on one or both of us.

Our war really is interesting and exciting. There were a couple of occasion when I thought I had broken your defences or at other time that I had lost when suddenly everything changed again. Now if I had to bet I would say I’ll lose this thing because of some really stupid decisions on my part. If that is the case I will surely go down with a smile after some weeks of good fun. ;)

Yeah, definitely the best war I’ve been involved in. I’ve made plenty of mistakes myself. Hindsight is some good shit. I keep thinking I’ve pushed you back, then I circled around, etc, but you just keep coming back. Atlantis == cockroaches. :P

I too hope the outcome is that you’re happy to have lost. :P I definitely don’t think it’s at all sure at this point.

Either way, it’s been a damn good war.

On a side note, for anyone really, is that Ashen Angel (I think it is) your doing? When I details it, it tells me they attack those that have upset the balance or the death seeks or something…

Yes! It’s the “Manifestation”-Spell…rediculously cheap with 4 deathgems and only the slight side-effect of attacking the cast from time to time. :)

It’s probably the most annoying thing you’ve done to me, over time you’ve killed off 10-15 of my leaders. Even got my God that way (he ran away after his guards died and died in some other province).

That’s horribly cheap for the amount of damage you’ve done to me. :)

Pangaea’s all washed up in this game. It doesn’t look like anything can stop the Agarthanaut is it steamrolls across this plane of existence. I’ll stick it out for a few more turns, but I’m going to switch to AI after that.

I had a good early go in this game, but my lack of a magic strategy and the switch of Niefelheim to AI really killed me. Fighting Agartha with my pathetic forces has been like hurling fistfuls of confetti at a forest fire.

Well done, Agartha! I think you won the game a while back, but now the concession speeches will start to roll in.
