When is the next patch due out?

From the illwinter forums, it seems ‘soonish’, but I don’t think there has been any fixed date, and I don’t think there is a candidate patch being tested yet. Some pretty cool things though - two new nations (possibly three?) Tir na nog, Eiru and maybe the Formorians.

I’d say go ahead and get started. If they patch in the first few turns, we could restart but I’d prefer not wait unless we had a more definite time frame.

Yeah, I’ve got everyone’s contact info as of yesterday. I was just waiting to see if there was a big sentiment to wait for the patch but doesn’t look like it. I’ll email everyone and ask for pretenders tonight.

All I can really say about Hoplite is that I’m proud to have finally made some progress fighting Kailasa and pushed back his army of water 9 blessed awe troops and… now we’re sitting on his side of our border.
Abyssia and Niefelheim are sitting around in former Caelum lands, but I don’t know if they’re fighting.
Anyone else care to share how their wars are going? What’s up with the Heims?

The cold hearted population of the previous Caelum dictatorship were surprisingly reluctant to accept the true faith. Sacrificing a few virgins here and there seems to have helped a lot though, so fortunately some warmth has now been introduced to their lives. I think that they are very happy in their new camps, working like never before. In fact they have even revealed a few sites of magic powers, that they had kept hidden from their old and cold masters. I wish they would reproduce a bit faster though, as tax revenues from the former disillusioned population is a real concern. The standard solution of sacrificing virgins isn’t helping in that department at all.

Ninja edit - Also, what map are we gonna use? Cradle and, heaven forbid, Glory of the Gods may be too big for 8 of us (that’d be 25+ provinces per person).

Niefelheim is being attacked by Ulm, some water fucks, and mostly, Midgard. My guys are pretty sure that global warming is going to end the world soon.

Johan was kind enough to look at the files I sent, and has identified the RMB bug. It will be fixed in the upcoming patch (supposed to be out in a few weeks). So - THANKS JOHAN!

Well I dont think it much matters in a 3 on 1 situation during the mid game, I cant beat that. And I hate all the water fucks, its really nothing personal.
