My votes are for graphs on, 15 HOF. I agree on at least 40 magic sites (isn’t LA default something like 30?), and, while I would like to see more conventional troops, realise that in Dom3 MP that’s about on par with wishing for a pony, so I just have to learn to use mages and summons appropriately.
If we’re going with VPs for capitals (a capital idea, no pun intended), what should the other VP settings be? I’ve never played a game with them and am unsure how they work.
Pretender will be incoming as soon as the coin flip decides which of my two new LA Man pretenders will be used. :)
Pretender incoming. However, I’m thinking of switching to Pythium or Abysia if that’s ok. I really don’t like being in the water…
FYI, the default magic site frequency for Late is 35, which is pretty low on its own, almost to the point where it isn’t worth the gems to do remote site searching, or so I think.
Not having R’lyeh and the crazy dominion causing head aches? A-OK with me. Since neither of those nations is otherwise picked, go ahead and switch. Ermor, however, remains off limits.
I wouldn’t even know how to take advantage of that. I’m still trying to figure out the whole astral mage Communion thing…

Turn done. It’s getting to the point where regular turns are lots of work, so have to take some time out for them now.
OK, I cannot connect to the server. It freezes on “Getting game info”, or something like that. I’ll send Nick a PM, but anyone else having trouble connecting to Jeff or one any other of Nick’s games?

Okay, if the default site frequency is 35, and not worth the gems to use the site-searching spells, how about we go with 45, in light of the new low-yield sites added in 3.10? (If I find myself alone on 45, I’d still be happy with 40.)
ETA: A friend of mine would like to join Inquisitor at this late stage, if that’s possible. He’s just registered as LeSquide – pending approval, he asked me to put his name in for Pythium as his first choice (if Guildboss goes for Abysia) or C’tis otherwise.

An 11th player?
I stated earlier that as long as you weren’t in another game there’d be room, and as this “friend” doesn’t have an account yet, I’ll assume thats the case. So what’s one more. If he’s reading this now, just get a pretender to me ASAP. The address, once again, is qt3dominions@gmail.com . That actually applies to everyone. I’ll give you all till Sunday night, and I’ll send off the pretenders to Marcin Monday morning, or as sooner if everyone gets me there pretenders. No pretender means you just gave up your spot.

I’d like Pythium. Is there any chance we can apply the mod to fix the bug with the hydras losing sacred status? Not sure if it’s just a server fix or what but I can look into.
When I set Ulm AI, I had some pretty big armies built up. Not sure how many turns ago that was… And some big summons. That being said, most of the armies were auto summons and junk stuff. Take former me down!
My pretender is sent. I really don’t know enough to say anything about my setting preferences. I’ll roll with whatever.
The Drums of War Sound Off!
Despite my very generous and diplomatic approach of giving Tien Chi and Shinyourmama clear paths of expansion outside of their rather unfortunate start up positions, they’ve done gone and declared war!
Apparently Shinyourmama thought by commiting the diplomatic faux pas of taking a providence bordering my capital it entitled him to a large basket of gems for the province (a near worthless swamp) back! I told him he had delusions of grandeur and 100 gold was plenty, which he accepted. Now, he feels the fact I know the value of gems and swamp provinces was a declaration of war! Though he didn’t inform me of this until he attacked with out warning.
Meanwhile, I don’t know why TC would throw his hat in with Shiny. Perhaps he thinks I’m weak and won’t be able to handle a double team. Well, its quite possible that I can’t, but I can still make both nations bleed.

Almost have all the Pretenders, though the deadline remains a hard Sunday for getting those in, or for coming up with new a chasis or wanting to change your nation. I’m not sure about how easy it will be to use the hydra fix mod for Pythium. If its something you have to download, place yourslef, and then check and uncheck, then I’d say forget about it.

What? Shinyourmama? again… now the shogun demands the head of the ermorian skeleton leader on a platter better sooner then later… and our southern allies see that its better to fight honourable than to be thankfull for a so called clear path to anywhere. We take the path to anywhere but alas it leads directly through to you, and every samurai is much more worth fightingwise than even the chiefskelet of ermor.
