Hmm, it looks like Ctis (played by Jack Black) keep stalling their turns. JB asked for the replacement for him few days ago, but nobody answered publicly on the thread, and since his turns are still being stalled, I assume nobody contacted him either.

If this is the case, I think we will need to do something with C’tis sooner or later. Meanwhile I would like to suggest that nobody would attack C’tis while they are not being played by anybody.

Is the Peltast server down? I couldn’t seem to connect earlier to see who needed to take a turn.

Regarding Hoplite, I’m not really familiar enough with the nations in different ages to pick an era, but if we wind up doing Late Age, I call dibs on the R’lyeh Dreamlands. Although, does anyone have any tips for playing R’lyeh?

I just PM’d Jack that I’d be willing to take over the game. This way I can get some experience and not feel too bad when I get crushed.

Tons of Lobo Guards early on, with the priest illithids as leaders, followed up later by Void summons, regular summons, and illithid soldiers. Astral and water magic all over the place.

I forgot! The one thing I will vote for is renaming allowed. Sure the 1E2W3H names aren’t so aesthetically pleasing, but it’s more than made up for when you hear about Oprah invading someone’s country.

Ya…I had knee surgery yesterday and have been laid up at home so I haven’t been able to get to work to update Shirley. Foot surgery two weeks ago, Knee surgery yesterday…cmon Minverni (sp?), give me a little break.

I am going to work tomorrow…I’m nervous to update the game as I lost my manual (sniff, sniff) and if it gets corrupted again, I can’t reinstall…BUT, I’ll try it and post when its done.

Man, that is some really tough shit. This explains all the stalling and the Shirley game where the Marverni simply stomped through your lands without resistance. (But stay calm, only to invade my northern border.)

I suggest you make a backup of all of your game files before updating. That way, when you corrupt something, you can simply restore back to a working version 3.1. Too bad about the manual though.

Much worse about your leg though! I hope you get better soon.

I dont think Peltast or Apprentices have been patched…I could be wrong though. I would guess both would be patched before the next turn is hosted.
