Yep both Dawn of Dominions and Bomerlunder Nagot Gick Fel’d due to “version is too old” so I must conclude one of my players has already patched.

I am restarting the servers but I probably wont have time to patch until tomorrow or maybe even Sunday.

Edit: Hmm ok well I can’t even get the servers back up sooo… I guess I’ll patch right now. Cross your fingers and your toes!

Ya…I had knee surgery yesterday and have been laid up at home so I haven’t been able to get to work to update Shirley. Foot surgery two weeks ago, Knee surgery yesterday…cmon Minverni (sp?), give me a little break.

I am going to work tomorrow…I’m nervous to update the game as I lost my manual (sniff, sniff) and if it gets corrupted again, I can’t reinstall…BUT, I’ll try it and post when its done.

Sheesh, Rock, what a couple of crazy months for you. It’s like our little game is the fire in the temple you can’t let go out. You have convinced me to keep the faith! Thanks a lot for your efforts.

Ya, its worth it though…I haven’t done any hiking or climbing for over a year now and without those passions being fulfilled, I havent been a happy camper.

I can’t believe I lost the fooking manual…I"m still somewhat of a novice and reeeeeeaaaaaly need that damn thing…wonder If I can just buy a manual.

If you lost the manual, you can recover the CD-Key from a linux install of Dom3. In linux the CD-key is stored plaintext in the file ~/dominions3/key so you can just cat the file.

Hoplite: I know I said I was fine with any settings, but after thinking some I vote for no renaming allowed and either early or middle age.

Hoplite - For a newbie game, graphs aren’t a bad idea. I vote late era, and I have no preference on renaming or any of the other settings.
