Just wanted to update that I will be leaving tomorrow morning, Saturday, and won’t be back at my computer again until Monday. So, if nations get picked and we are waiting on me, it may not be until Monday.
Looking forward to the game. Should be fun!

Going off the discussion, the game will be 4 v 4 v 8, with the two human teams allied until the AI has been defeated, let’s say completely. The game with have Thrones, and will be won when 2/3 of the throne points are held by any single team, which might occur before the AI players are defeated.
Right now, the map in question is the Conquest of the Pankor System, a large unique map with plenty of choke points. The teams will be clustered together, so you don’t have to worry about being far away from your team mates.
Nothing is 100% set in stone, so bring up any changes or issues you would like, including changing nations.

Anyone have time to look up the favored heat/cold scale of each nation so far? I used to know, but not so sure any more.
Pretty sure:
Man: Neutral
Narzca is Cold 1, and Bandar Log is Heat 2. They probably should be on the same team.
Apologies… will post it in a couple of hours when I’m home. As a newcomer, particularly to MA, I’m open to recommendations.

I think its Pan with lots of death instead of earth and blood. But with those summons, and the costly forts, I dunno.
I guess I should say what nation I am going to pick? Or do I wait?
Sure, but, half price labs and half price temples in forests. Don’t forget fort summoning spells.
