Yeah, I’ll be staying with .28 for now.
Well, sure, after taking on an immortal skeletal goat I imagine that dude could command all kinds of exotic strange.
Immortal skeletal goat? I’m guessing you’ll have to neutralize it with subterfuge, maybe strand it on an isolated portion of the map by channeling around it.
I’ve abandoned that fort now. I’ll be back for that goat later.
For now I’m starting again in another part of the world. A fortress on a small volcanic island.
Sounds great! What ever could go wrong with that plan?

Mayday in the new version
Read the page you get the download from need to change some things to fix missing text.
No to test dwarf therapist
Bloody hell… don’t tempt me, DON’T TEMPT MEEEEE.
Firstly I would need:
- an awesome generated world to tutorial from
- a place to host the game files. I am reluctant to pay haha.
- MayDay’s tile set on the new build (people really appreciate it)
And then I would need to learn what all the changes have been and understand them all.
Sounds like we need a new community fort then!

I fail to see your issue. Go go go!
Mayday’s set seems to be working ok but I’m having some problems with the fullscreen resolution… I think it’s the grid thingie that’s bugging me.
NEO QUAKEBELLS

No good on dwarf therapist. Calistas my experience so far is that the random worlds seem much richer , ie many places are a great start and since they all supposedly have magma now that makes it much easier.
Just embark near a brook and boom!
My wow guild just died and the site is payed for another year or more. So that’s easy hosting.
Also Quakebells the second, I’m down
Yes… there is magma everywhere… an ocean of magma in fact… and an almost endless supply of adamantium.
Who will brave the depths and the magma flows to retrieve the valuable metal?

so farming underground now needs it to be wet? Even regular soil?
Trying to pond fill it atm from above but its going slow
Man, I can’t even get this “pond” thing to work. I dug a pit, and the dwarves are like “NO! INVALID ROOM!” :(
Should we wait until a Mayday set is released and possibly the opengl merge or soon for maximum luls?
In either case though it would be good to hear from people what size of map their computer can handle after how slow Quakebells ran, maybe something in a nice 3x3?
